Perhaps it is the quiet hush of the waves, the rhythm that is the heartbeat of the sea.&nbsp; Perhaps it is the way that the salty air feels on your face as the cool breezes blow.&nbsp; I feel these things like a living presence and I am struck by the comparative insignificance of my life and its problems.&nbsp; There is a peace that comes from being at the ocean\u2019s shore that is like no other.&nbsp; It chases my cares away and helps me to put things in perspective.&nbsp; It allows me, for a time, to put aside my worries and simply exist in that single moment without any thoughts beyond what is occurring right now. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Many times, I am struck by the feeling that it is a gift to live by the sea. Yet I know that there are many beautiful places in the world.\u00a0 I have lived in the prairies, traveled through the mountains, seen beautiful rivers and lakes and waterfalls.  In each of these places, I have seen overwhelming beauty there too.\u00a0 I wonder, what are the places in nature that inspire you?
