I don&#8217;t know if I&#8217;ll ever be ready to let my mom go. She is still so much a part of who I am that it would mean giving up a piece of myself&#8230;and it&#8217;s a piece of myself that I really like. So instead of letting go, I carry a piece of my mom with me every day.
