the warmth of summer fades into the crisp cool days of fall, the trees put on a display of beautiful colours and we have an opportunity to start over\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">We put away our summer things, send our children back to school, and return to work.&nbsp; For many of us, this is as much a \u201cnew year\u201d as January is.&nbsp; It is a time when we are reminded that sooner or later, whether we choose it or not, everything must eventually change.&nbsp; It is also a time that we are reminded that change can be good and that sometimes it is a blessing to have the chance to start over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">I try to let go of old habits and set new goals.&nbsp; I begin again with a new sense of purpose and plans for making this a better year than the last.&nbsp; And though it can be hard, I let go of the old year and allow myself to start over.&nbsp; But I have found that I can only do this if I am willing to loosen my grasp on what is comfortable and familiar in order to reach towards what is new. <strong>What do you need to let go of in this season of your life?<\/strong>&nbsp; Loosen your grasp on the old so that you can embrace the new.&nbsp; Allow yourself the freedom to start again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse has-text-align-center
