I could talk about my faith journey.\u00a0 I could talk about the hills and valleys of mental health. I could talk about the hope I have found through all of these life happenings.\u00a0 There are so many stories I could tell, but woven into my story are those of others who may not want their stories shared.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So instead, I ask you to reflect on these questions: <strong>What is your story?\u00a0 What are the valleys you have made your way out of? What are the hills you have climbed and the joys and triumphs you have felt when you reached the top?\u00a0 And I encourage you to share your story with someone else.<\/strong>\u00a0 For there is healing in sharing your story.\u00a0 There is a peace that comes with telling someone else what we have gone through.\u00a0 And even more than that, there is a feeling of comfort that we feel when we hear someone else\u2019s story and we know that we are not alone.\u00a0 By sharing your story, and listening to theirs, you are giving a gift to someone else.\u00a0 We can learn from each other and gain strength and comfort from the words of others.
