The truth is, our lives aren\u2019t built in yesterdays\u2026 those days are gone.\u00a0 We can\u2019t live our lives in tomorrow\u2026 for we don\u2019t know yet what tomorrow will bring.\u00a0 The only day we have, the only thing we can be sure of, is this moment that is right here in front of us.\u00a0 We can remember days gone by with pleasure and appreciation for the happy memories that we hold close to our hearts.\u00a0 We can plan for our future with hope for what it may bring.\u00a0 But when we get right down to the task of living our lives, <em>today<\/em> is where we make things happen.\u00a0 So often at New Years we set lofty goals for the new year.\u00a0 But sometimes I think we need to think a little smaller.\u00a0 What is one thing you can do <em>today<\/em> that will make your life better?\u00a0 It could be something little.\u00a0 Watch the sunrise. Curl up with a warm cup of tea and a good book. Take a long bath. Take a walk on the beach.\u00a0 Do something that makes someone else smile. Call an old friend. Go somewhere new.\u00a0 Don\u2019t just plan for your future\u2026do something today.
