As I pondered the New Year and all the resolutions I had yet to make, and all the resolutions I had made in the past and eventually broken, I realised that I needed a new type of goal. Something less specific but more meaningful. This year I decided to throw all those “SMART” goals out the window. This goal won’t be specific, or measurable, but instead it will allow me to freely follow my heart. This year I want to have courage… the courage to try new things… the strength to fail and get back up again… and the freedom to start again despite the errors and broken resolutions of the past. My goal this year is simply to live a courageous life. And that is my New Years wish for all of you too…
Courage By Krista Longeway May you have the courage to listen to that voice of hope inside of you that tells you there are good things yet to come. May you remember that falling is part of trying and that strength is about getting up again time after time. May you know in your heart that no matter where you began or what place you find yourself in you can begin again.
